陰道用乳桿菌聯(lián)合克霉唑治療復(fù)發(fā)性霉菌性陰道炎的臨床效果

【摘要】目的：分析復(fù)發(fā)性霉菌性陰道炎患者應(yīng)用陰道用乳桿菌聯(lián)合克霉唑治療的有效性。方法：時(shí)間2021年1月—12月，對(duì)在我院接受治療80例復(fù)發(fā)性霉菌性陰道炎患者進(jìn)行探究，隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分為對(duì)照組40例和實(shí)驗(yàn)組40例，分別采用克霉唑治療和乳桿菌與克霉唑聯(lián)合治療，比較兩組療效。結(jié)果：實(shí)驗(yàn)組治療總有效率高于對(duì)照組，復(fù)發(fā)率低于對(duì)照組，外陰瘙癢癥狀及燒灼感評(píng)分低于對(duì)照組，生活質(zhì)量評(píng)分高于對(duì)照組（P

Lactobacillus for vagina combined with clotrimazole in the treatment of recurrent fungal vaginitis

【Abstract】Objective：To analyze the effectiveness of vaginal lactobacillus combined with clotrimazole in the treatment of patients with recurrent fungal vaginitis.Methods：From January 2021 to December 2021，80 patients with recurrent fungal vaginitis who received treatment in our hospital were explored.Random number table method was used to divide them into40 cases in the control group and 40 cases in the experimental group，and they were treated with clotrimazole treatment and the combination of lactobacillus and clotrimazolerespectively.The efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results：The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group， the recurrence rate of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group，the scores of vulvar pruritus and burning sensation in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group，and the quality of life score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group（P
