【摘要】目的：分析慢性盆腔炎患者以結(jié)合中西醫(yī)手段的方式進(jìn)行治療的療效。方法：選取本院2021年3月—6月期間收治的100例慢性盆腔炎患者進(jìn)行研究，并采取隨機(jī)雙盲法將其分為對(duì)照組和觀察組，各50例。對(duì)照組行西藥治療，觀察組行中西醫(yī)結(jié)合治療，并對(duì)兩組的治療效果對(duì)比。結(jié)果：觀察組炎癥因子水平（WBC、NEUT%、CRP）、臨床癥狀及體征消失時(shí)間（腹部及腰骶部疼痛、白帶異常、子宮及附件壓痛）、不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率均優(yōu)于對(duì)照組（P

【Abstract】Objective：To analyze the curative effect of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease treated by combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine.Methods：100 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease admitted to our hospital from March 2021to June2021 were studied，and randomly divided into control group and observation group，with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Western medicine，while the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese and Western medicine，and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results：The levels of inflammatory factors（WBC，NEUT%，CRP），the disappearance time of clinical symptoms and signs（abdominal and lumbosacral pain，abnormal leucorrhea，tenderness of uterus and accessories）and the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group were better than those in the control group（P

慢性盆腔炎是臨床中女性常見(jiàn)的一種多發(fā)在生殖道的一種疾病，具有感染性的特點(diǎn)，該病屬于慢性感染性疾病范疇，主要發(fā)作群體是育齡期女性，該病的主要特點(diǎn)是極易反復(fù)、難以治愈等，女性患者一旦發(fā)病，不僅會(huì)影響到自身的生殖健康，還會(huì)大幅度降低生活質(zhì)量，因此，需要給予這類患者及時(shí)、規(guī)范、有效的治療。（剩余2748字）
