【摘要】目的：探討對(duì)妊高癥產(chǎn)婦產(chǎn)后出血患者實(shí)施優(yōu)質(zhì)護(hù)理干預(yù)的臨床價(jià)值。方法：納入對(duì)象為本院在2019年6月—2021年5月期間診治的妊高癥產(chǎn)后出血患者，共40例，根據(jù)護(hù)理方式不同將患者分組，采用常規(guī)護(hù)理患者為對(duì)照組，20例，采用優(yōu)質(zhì)護(hù)理干預(yù)患者為觀察組，20例，對(duì)比兩組護(hù)理效果。結(jié)果：與對(duì)照組相比，采用優(yōu)質(zhì)護(hù)理的觀察組產(chǎn)婦血壓降低更加明顯，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P

The value experience of high-quality nursing care of postpartum hemorrhage in pregnant women with pregnancy-induced hypertension

【Abstract】Objective：To explore the clinical value of high-quality nursing intervention for patients with postpartum hemorrhage in pregnancy-induced hypertension.Methods：A total of 40 patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension and postpartum hemorrhage diagnosed and treated in our hospital from June 2019 to May 2021 were included.The patients were divided into two groups according to different nursing methods.20 patients with routine nursing were used as the control group，and20 patients with high-quality nursing intervention were used as the observation group，and the nursing effect between the two groups were compared.Results：Compared with the control group，the blood pressure of the parturients in the observation group who received high-quality nursing decreased more significantly，and the difference was statistically significant（P

妊高癥也就是妊娠期高血壓疾病，是妊娠期特有的疾病，屬于高危妊娠最常見的一種[1]，妊高癥產(chǎn)婦在日常生活中要多注意休息，保證充足的睡眠，睡眠質(zhì)量要高，不要過度疲勞，精神狀態(tài)要放松，避免過度緊張壓力大，要定期檢查三大常規(guī)，特別是尿常規(guī)，要多關(guān)注血壓，防止過高，在飲食方面要高蛋白食物，補(bǔ)充葉酸，維生素，鈣質(zhì)等。（剩余3298字）
