同視野下熒光染色法和氫氧化鉀濕片法在診斷淺部真菌感染中的敏感度對(duì)比

【摘要】目的:對(duì)比研究同視野下熒光染色法和氫氧化鉀濕片法在診斷淺部真菌感染中的敏感度。方法:選取2019年1月—2021年6月間我院收治的淺部真菌感染患者200例作為研究對(duì)象,取材后分兩份,分別采用熒光染色法和氫氧化鉀濕片法進(jìn)行診斷,比較兩種方法下患者的診斷敏感度。結(jié)果:比較熒光染色法和氫氧化鉀濕片法診斷不同類(lèi)型淺部真菌感染的敏感性,均有熒光染色法優(yōu)于氫氧化鉀濕片法的情況,二者總的診斷敏感性分別為98.00%、91.50%,前者顯著高于后者,比較有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P

Comparison of sensitivity between fluorescence staining method and potassium hydroxide wet sheet method in the diagnosis of superficial fungal infection under the same visual field

【Abstract】Objective: To compare the sensitivity of fluorescence staining method and potassium hydroxide wet sheet method in the diagnosis of superficial fungal infection under the same visual field.Methods:200 patients with superficial fungal infection from January 2019 to June 2021 in our hospital were selected as the research subjects.Then the samples were divided into two parts and diagnosed by fluorescence staining method and potassium hydroxide wet sheet method to compare the diagnostic sensitivity of patients under the two methods.Results:The sensitivity of fluorescence staining method and potassium hydroxide wet sheet method in the diagnosis of different types of superficial fungal infection was compared,and the fluorescence staining method was better than the potassium hydroxide wet sheet method.The total diagnostic sensitivity of the two methods were 98.00% and 91.50%,respectively,the former was significantly higher than the latter,with a statistical difference(P

皮膚淺部真菌感染屬于常見(jiàn)的皮膚病類(lèi)型,最常見(jiàn)的致病菌包括馬拉色菌、皮膚癬菌、念珠菌等,這些真菌侵犯患者皮膚、毛發(fā)、指(趾)甲的情況下,可誘發(fā)頭癬、手足癬、體股癬、甲真菌病、花斑糠疹、皮膚黏膜念珠菌病以及一些難以辨認(rèn)的皮膚癬[1],而因上述真菌感染具有極強(qiáng)的傳染性,不僅容易發(fā)生交叉感染,而且治愈后的復(fù)發(fā)率高[2],嚴(yán)重影響患者的正常工作與生活。(剩余2845字)
