【摘要】目的：分析重型顱腦損傷患者聯(lián)合運(yùn)用預(yù)見性護(hù)理與優(yōu)質(zhì)護(hù)理的價(jià)值。方法：于2020年8月—2021年8月中選取60例重型顱腦損傷患者開展研究，隨機(jī)分組，其中30例行常規(guī)護(hù)理干預(yù)者為對照組，30例行預(yù)見性護(hù)理聯(lián)合優(yōu)質(zhì)護(hù)理干預(yù)者為觀察組，對比分析兩組護(hù)理效果。結(jié)果：觀察組死亡率低于對照組，治療和住院時(shí)間短于對照組，并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率低于對照組，護(hù)理后的SAS、SDS評分低于對照組，生活質(zhì)量評分高于對照組（P

【Abstract】Objective：To analyze the value of combining predictive nursing and highquality nursing in patients with severe craniocerebralinjury.Methods：60 patients with severe craniocerebral injury from August 2020 to August 2021were randomly divided，including 30 routine nursing intervenors were the control group and 30 patients adopted predictive nursing and high quality nursing intervention were the observation group.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results：The mortality of the observation group was lower than that of the control group，the treatment and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than that of the control group，the incidence of complications of the observation group was lower than that of the control group，the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group after nursing were lower than that of the control group，and the quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group（P
