【摘要】目的：探索全科-?？坡?lián)合模式在糖尿病社區(qū)管理中的應(yīng)用方法及應(yīng)用效果。方法：本研究樣本來源于懷化市鶴城區(qū)宏宇社區(qū)衛(wèi)生服務(wù)中心慢病管理庫，采取方便抽樣法選取128例2型糖尿病患者入組研究，每組64例，對照組采用常規(guī)干預(yù)模式，觀察組采用全科-?？坡?lián)合模式。結(jié)果：觀察組對應(yīng)評價指標(biāo)均優(yōu)于對照組，差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P

【Abstract】Objective：To explore the application method and application effect of the general specialty joint mode in the community management of diabetes.Methods：The study samples were collected from the chronic disease management database of Hongyu community health center in Hecheng District of Huaihua city.128 cases of type II diabetes mellitus were enrolled in the study by convenience sampling method，64 cases in each group.The control group received routine intervention mode，while the observation group adopted general specialty joint mode.Results：The corresponding evaluation indexes of the observation group were better than those of the control group，and the difference was statistically significant（P
