內(nèi)科護(hù)理質(zhì)量提升中質(zhì)量管理的應(yīng)用分析

【摘要】目的:分析在內(nèi)科護(hù)理中通過(guò)開(kāi)展質(zhì)量管理對(duì)提升護(hù)理質(zhì)量的臨床價(jià)值。方法:抽取2020年3月—2021年8月本院內(nèi)科86例住院患者,隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分組,對(duì)照組為常規(guī)護(hù)理,觀察組聯(lián)合應(yīng)用質(zhì)量管理,比較兩組患者的護(hù)理服務(wù)滿意度以及護(hù)理前后的焦慮、抑郁情緒。結(jié)果:觀察組護(hù)理滿意度為100.00%,高于對(duì)照組的88.37%(P0.05),護(hù)理后,觀察組SAS、SDS評(píng)分較對(duì)照組更低(P

【Abstract】Objective:To analyze the clinical value of improving nursing quality through quality management in internal medicine nursing. Methods:From March 2020 to August 2021,86 cases of inpatients in the internal medicine department of our hospital were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method. The control group was routine nursing,and the observation group was combined with quality management.The nursing service satisfaction ,anxiety and depression before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.
