摘  要:該文就培養(yǎng)什么人、怎樣培養(yǎng)人、為誰培養(yǎng)人的教育根本問題進行思考,全文貫徹全國教育大會精神,從家國情懷、職業(yè)擔當、專業(yè)能力和人文修養(yǎng)不同層次深入討論。提出新醫(yī)科背景下,牢記教育之初心,努力爭做“四有”好老師,幫助學生提升道德情操,加強應用型護理人才職業(yè)精神的培養(yǎng)。

Abstract: This paper considers the fundamental issues of education about who to train, how to train, and for whom, the full text implements the spirit of the National Education Conference, and discusses in-depth from different levels of family and country feelings, professional responsibility, professional ability, and humanities. It is proposed that under the background of the new medicine,we should keep in mind the original intention of education, strive to be a good teacher of the "Four-Haves", help students improve their moral sentiment, and strengthen the training of applied nursing talents' professionalism.
