從脫貧攻堅(jiān)到鄉(xiāng)村振興有效銜接的鄉(xiāng)村發(fā)展路徑

——以安徽省“三瓜公社”鄉(xiāng)村發(fā)展為例

摘要 在理論研究的基礎(chǔ)上，結(jié)合安徽省合肥市“三瓜公社”的鄉(xiāng)村案例進(jìn)行分析，指出脫貧攻堅(jiān)與鄉(xiāng)村振興之間有效銜接的根本途徑是產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展和興旺，政府在“有為”和“無(wú)為”之間要做好定位和角色調(diào)整。提出融合發(fā)展是整合第一產(chǎn)業(yè)價(jià)值鏈的有效途徑，同時(shí)要珍惜鄉(xiāng)村歷史文化和走生態(tài)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的道路的觀點(diǎn)。

Rural Development Path in the Process of Effective Connection between Poverty Alleviation and Rural Revitalization—Taking the Cultural Creation of Sangua Commune in Anhui as an Example

Abstract On the basis of theoretical research， this paper analyzes the case of “Sangua Commune” in Hefei City， Anhui Province.The fundamental approach between poverty alleviation and rural revitalization is the development and prosperity of industries.The government should adjust its position and role between “doing something” and “doing nothing”.This paper puts forward that integrated development is an effective way to integrate the value chain of the primary industry， and we should cherish the history and culture of the countryside and take the road of ecological sustainable development.
