卵黃抗體在水產(chǎn)疾病防治中的研究應(yīng)用進(jìn)展

摘要 卵黃抗體（IgY）是禽類受特異性抗原刺激后在卵黃中形成多克隆抗體，具有較強(qiáng)大的免疫功能。近年來，在水產(chǎn)動(dòng)物病害防控研究方面引起了廣泛關(guān)注。闡述了IgY的結(jié)構(gòu)、優(yōu)勢(shì)、作用機(jī)理等內(nèi)容，對(duì)IgY在水產(chǎn)動(dòng)物細(xì)菌性、病毒性疾病防治中的應(yīng)用進(jìn)行了綜述，對(duì)其研究應(yīng)用做出了展望。

Key words Immunoglobulin of yolk （IgY），a polyclonal antibody，has a strong immune function formed in egg yolk after stimulated by specific antigen，which has attracted wide attention in the prevention and control of aquatic animal diseases in recent years.The paper expounds the structure，advantages and mechanism of action of IgY，and reviews the application of IgY in the prevention and treatment of bacterial and viral diseases in aquatic animals，making a prospect for its research and application.
