產(chǎn)教融合視閾下大數(shù)據(jù)與會(huì)計(jì)專業(yè)職業(yè)精神和技能融合培養(yǎng)研究
摘要:職業(yè)精神與技能融合培養(yǎng)是培育復(fù)合型人才的關(guān)鍵。在產(chǎn)教融合背景下,大數(shù)據(jù)與會(huì)計(jì)專業(yè)融合培養(yǎng)對(duì)人才成長(zhǎng)、院校建設(shè)及行業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展至關(guān)重要。研究此模式,提出增強(qiáng)滲透效果、聚焦教學(xué)、強(qiáng)化師資、完善評(píng)價(jià)等路徑,為院校提供融合培養(yǎng)參考。

Research on the Integrated Cultivation of Professional Ethos and Skills in Big Data and Accounting under the Background of Industry-Education Integration

Abstract: The integrated cultivation of professional ethos and skills is crucial for cultivating compound talents. Under the background of industry-education integration, the integrated cultivation of big data and accounting majors is of vital importance to talent growth, institutional construction, and sustainable development of the industry. This study explores this model and proposes approaches such as enhancing penetration effects, focusing on teaching, strengthening teacher resources, and improving evaluation mechanisms, providing a reference for institutions in their integrated cultivation efforts.
