摘要:高速鐵路災(zāi)害監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)是保證高速列車運(yùn)營(yíng)安全的重要裝備之一。該文基于中國(guó)高速鐵路災(zāi)害監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀,分析了國(guó)外災(zāi)害監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)建設(shè)情況和技術(shù)水平,闡述了中國(guó)高速鐵路災(zāi)害監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展歷程、技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系、關(guān)鍵技術(shù)等內(nèi)容,探討了系統(tǒng)當(dāng)前存在的問(wèn)題,提出了發(fā)展方向和技術(shù)創(chuàng)新建議。

Research on the Development of High Speed Railway Disaster Monitoring System Technology

Abstract: The high-speed railway disaster monitoring system is one of the important equipment to ensure the safe operation of high-speed trains. This article is based on the current situation of China's high-speed railway disaster monitoring system construction, analyzes the construction and technical level of foreign disaster monitoring systems, elaborates on the development history, technical standard system, key technologies, and other contents of China's high-speed railway disaster monitoring system, explores the current problems of the system, and proposes development directions and technical innovation suggestions.

0 引言
自2009年底武廣高速鐵路客運(yùn)專線開(kāi)通,我國(guó)鐵路發(fā)展步入高速鐵路時(shí)代,為確保高速列車的安全、穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行,鐵路災(zāi)害監(jiān)測(cè)防護(hù)部門廣泛深入開(kāi)展關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研究,逐步形成了符合我國(guó)高速鐵路運(yùn)營(yíng)需求的高速鐵路災(zāi)害監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)(全稱:高速鐵路自然災(zāi)害及異物侵限監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng))[1]。(剩余3332字)
