安全無(wú)線環(huán)境下的智能擰緊系統(tǒng)研究

摘要:針對(duì)智能擰緊系統(tǒng)無(wú)線傳輸難題,本研究成功研發(fā)了安全無(wú)線擰緊控制系統(tǒng),攻克了適配器、控制終端和接收模塊設(shè)計(jì),建立了與上游系統(tǒng)的通信鏈路,確保任務(wù)與數(shù)據(jù)的安全無(wú)線傳輸。這一成果為制造企業(yè)帶來(lái)新思路和技術(shù)支持,提升了生產(chǎn)效率與信息安全水平。

Research on Intelligent Tightening System in Secure Wireless Environment

Abstract: In response to the challenge of wireless transmission in intelligent tightening systems, This research successfully developed a safe wireless tightening control system, overcoming the design of adapters, control terminals, and receiving modules, and establishing a communication link with upstream systems to ensure secure wireless transmission of tasks and data. This achievement brings new ideas and technical support to manufacturing enterprises, enhancing production efficiency and information security levels.
