基于AHP生鮮農(nóng)產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)鏈質(zhì)量安全探究

摘  要：由于生鮮農(nóng)產(chǎn)品難儲(chǔ)存、易腐爛等特性，致使對(duì)供應(yīng)鏈各環(huán)節(jié)的要求極高。文章基于供應(yīng)鏈生產(chǎn)、加工、流通、銷售四個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)，利用AHP，對(duì)影響生鮮農(nóng)產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)鏈質(zhì)量安全因素進(jìn)行了定性與定量的探究分析，進(jìn)而為提升生鮮農(nóng)產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)鏈質(zhì)量安全提出針對(duì)性的建議。

Abstract： Due to the characteristics of fresh agricultural products， such as difficult to store， easy to rot， etc.， the demand for each link of the supply chain is extremely high. Based on the four links of the supply chain， including production link， processing link， circulation link and sales link， this paper uses AHP to conduct qualitative and quantitative exploration and analysis on the factors affecting the quality and safety of the supply chain of fresh agricultural products， and then puts forward targeted suggestions for improving the quality and safety of the supply chain of fresh agricultural products.
