軍民融合供應(yīng)鏈縱向合作創(chuàng)新行為分析

摘  要：軍民融合戰(zhàn)略有利于實(shí)現(xiàn)民營企業(yè)與軍工企業(yè)資源有效配置，優(yōu)勢互補(bǔ)，促進(jìn)民營企業(yè)的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和軍工產(chǎn)業(yè)升級，對國防建設(shè)與經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展具有雙向支撐拉動(dòng)作用。文章通過分析軍民融合供應(yīng)鏈縱向合作創(chuàng)新存在的問題，以期對軍民融合供應(yīng)鏈縱向合作創(chuàng)新的發(fā)展提出合理性建議，提高供應(yīng)鏈效益。

Abstract： The strategy of civil-military integration is conducive to realizing the effective allocation of resources between private enterprises and military industrial enterprises， complementing each other's strengths， promoting the economic development of private enterprises and upgrading of the military industry， and providing a two-way support and pulling effect on national defense construction and economic and social development. This paper analyzes the problems of vertical cooperation and innovation in the military-civilian integration supply chain， in order to put forward reasonable suggestions for the development of vertical cooperation and innovation in the military-civilian integration supply chain and improve the efficiency of the supply chain.

黨的二十大報(bào)告提出要“著力提升產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈供應(yīng)鏈韌性和安全水平”和“鞏固提高一體化國家戰(zhàn)略體系和能力，加強(qiáng)軍民結(jié)合統(tǒng)籌協(xié)調(diào)，形成戰(zhàn)略產(chǎn)業(yè)核心能力和科研生產(chǎn)核心能力，最大限度提高國防經(jīng)濟(jì)效益”。（剩余4043字）
