摘  要：文章利用波特五力模型，對洋浦港港口物流的現(xiàn)有競爭者的競爭力、購買者討價(jià)還價(jià)能力、潛在競爭者威脅、替代品的替代能力、供應(yīng)商的討價(jià)還價(jià)能力五個(gè)方面進(jìn)行分析，明確洋浦港港口物流發(fā)展所處的競爭環(huán)境，提出適應(yīng)于洋浦港港口物流發(fā)展的措施，以此提高其港口物流競爭力。

Abstract： This thesis uses Porter's Five Forces Model to analyze the competitiveness of existing competitors， the bargaining ability of buyers， the threat of potential competitors， the substitution ability of substitutes and the bargaining ability of suppliers in Yangpu Port logistics， clarifies the competitive environment for the development of Yangpu Port logistics， and puts forward measures to adapt to the development of Yangpu Port logistics. In order to improve the competitiveness of its port logistics.
