蔬菜中農(nóng)藥殘留檢測(cè)技術(shù)及質(zhì)量控制策略研究
摘 要:本文介紹了蔬菜農(nóng)藥殘留的危害和現(xiàn)行檢測(cè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),重點(diǎn)討論了農(nóng)藥殘留檢測(cè)技術(shù),包括氣相色譜法、高效液相色譜法、氣相色譜串聯(lián)質(zhì)譜法、高效液相色譜串聯(lián)質(zhì)譜法、酶抑制法、免疫分析法和生物傳感器法,并提出了強(qiáng)化蔬菜農(nóng)藥殘留檢測(cè)的質(zhì)量控制策略,以期為農(nóng)藥殘留檢測(cè)工作的開(kāi)展提供參考。

Abstract: This article introduces the hazards of vegetable pesticide residues and current detection standards, focuses on discussing pesticide residue detection technologies, including gas chromatography, high performance liquid chromatography, gas chromatography tandem mass spectrometry, high performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry, enzyme inhibition, immunoassay and biosensor methods, and puts forward the quality control strategy of strengthening vegetable pesticide residue detection, hoping to provide reference for the work of pesticide residue detection.
