摘 要:食品分子營養(yǎng)學(xué)為農(nóng)產(chǎn)品品質(zhì)提升提供了新思路。本文闡釋食品分子營養(yǎng)學(xué)的內(nèi)涵,分析食品分子營養(yǎng)學(xué)角度下農(nóng)產(chǎn)品品質(zhì)中的常見問題,并提出基于食品分子營養(yǎng)學(xué)的農(nóng)產(chǎn)品品質(zhì)提升策略,以期為農(nóng)產(chǎn)品品質(zhì)的全面提升提供參考。

Agricultural Product Quality Improvement Strategy Based on Food Molecular Nutrition

Abstract: Food molecular nutrition provides a new way to improve the quality of agricultural products. This paper explains the connotation of food molecular nutrition, analyzes the common problems in the quality of agricultural products from the perspective of food molecular nutrition, and puts forward the quality improvement strategies of agricultural products based on food molecular nutrition, in order to provide references for the overall improvement of agricultural product quality.
