基于擺錘沖擊試驗的輪輞CAE分析與優(yōu)化設計

摘 要:擺錘沖擊方法由高度差勢能轉(zhuǎn)化成擺錘動能,比較容易實現(xiàn)目標速度,而且重復性好。本文基于擺錘沖擊試驗研究輪輞的耐撞擊性能,同時利用CAE分析對輪輞的結(jié)構(gòu)進行優(yōu)化設計、提高輪輞的耐撞擊性能。

CAE Analysis and Optimization Design of Wheel Rim Based on Pendulum Impact Test

Abstract:The pendulum impact method transforms the height difference potential energy into the pendulum kinetic energy, which is easier to achieve the target speed and has good repeatability. In this paper, the impact resistance of wheel rim is studied based on the pendulum impact test, and the structure of wheel rim is optimized by CAE analysis to improve the impact resistance of wheel rim.
