鄉(xiāng)村振興背景下，高職汽車維修專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)方法研究

摘 要：隨著我國全面建成小康社會，鄉(xiāng)村振興提上了國家戰(zhàn)略高度。目前城市的汽修行業(yè)已逐漸飽和，而鄉(xiāng)村的汽修市場正在不斷擴(kuò)大。在此背景下，本文全面分析了目前高職院校汽車維修專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)存在的各種問題，并從促進(jìn)鄉(xiāng)村就業(yè)、創(chuàng)業(yè)角度出發(fā)提出相應(yīng)的解決方法。

Abstract：With the comprehensive construction of a moderately prosperous society in China， rural revitalization has been raised to the national strategic height. At present， the urban auto repair industry has gradually saturated， while the rural auto repair market is constantly expanding. In this context， this paper comprehensively analyzes the various problems in the training of auto repair professionals in higher vocational colleges， and proposes corresponding solutions from the perspective of promoting rural employment and entrepreneurship.

1 研究背景

截止2021年，我國還有2.9億農(nóng)民工[1]，仍然占據(jù)著中國人口相當(dāng)大的比例，鄉(xiāng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)是中國經(jīng)濟(jì)的重要組成部分，中國鄉(xiāng)村能否發(fā)展關(guān)系著中國兩個百年奮斗目標(biāo)能否順利實現(xiàn)，只有鄉(xiāng)村振興了，才能實現(xiàn)中華民族的偉大復(fù)興。（剩余5040字）
