摘 要：隨著重慶總裝車(chē)間生產(chǎn)的產(chǎn)品逐漸豐富，對(duì)應(yīng)的隨車(chē)相片種類(lèi)不斷增加。生產(chǎn)線旁庫(kù)位逐漸緊張，相片混料、差異小等因素造成員工選取難度大，出錯(cuò)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)高。同時(shí)由于受外界影響，生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃變動(dòng)導(dǎo)致相片數(shù)量不足或呆滯情況頻發(fā)。重慶總裝將隨車(chē)相片進(jìn)行智能化改造實(shí)現(xiàn)在線打印，保證相片與車(chē)輛進(jìn)行配置匹配。

Online Printing of On-board Photos in the Final Assembly Workshop

Abstract：With the gradual enrichment of products produced in the Chongqing assembly workshop， the corresponding types of on-board photos are increasing. The storage space next to the production line is gradually tight， and factors such as photo mixing and small differences make it difficult for employees to select， and the risk of errors is high. At the same time， due to external influences and changes in production plans， the number of photos is insufficient or sluggish frequently occurs. Chongqing General Assembly will intelligently transform the photos on the vehicle to realize online printing， so as to ensure that the photos are matched with the configuration of the vehicle.
