高中生心理彈性現(xiàn)狀分析

摘 要：本研究采用《青少年心理彈性量表》對(duì)某中學(xué)230名高中生的心理彈性水平進(jìn)行調(diào)查。結(jié)果表明：高中生心理彈性水平總體處于中等水平;在高考目標(biāo)這個(gè)維度上存在顯著性差異，在班級(jí)上處于邊緣顯著性差異，在性別上無(wú)顯著差異。

Analysis on the Current Situation

of Psychological Elasticity of Senior High School Students

Abstract：This study investigated the level of psychological elasticity of 230 senior high school students in a middle school by using the adolescent psychological elasticity scale.The results show that the level of psychological elasticity of senior high school students is generally at the middle level;There are significant differences in the dimension of college entrance examination objectives，marginal significant differences in classes，and no significant differences in gender.

1 概述

高中生的心理理彈性主要是指學(xué)生在面對(duì)困境、逆境或負(fù)性事件時(shí)，能夠擁有良好適應(yīng)能力，并通過(guò)自我心理調(diào)節(jié)獲得良好發(fā)展的能力，是學(xué)生內(nèi)在保護(hù)因素和外在保護(hù)因素的結(jié)合[1]。（剩余3601字）
