非遺傳承視角下高職院校雙創(chuàng)人才培養(yǎng)路徑研究

摘 要：創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育是高職院校教育體系中的重要組成部分，非遺傳承作為一種文化載體，能夠在一定程度上促進高職院校對創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)人才的培養(yǎng)。從非遺傳承視角下對高職院校大學生雙創(chuàng)人才培養(yǎng)的可行性和必要性入手，分析了目前高校雙創(chuàng)人才培養(yǎng)現(xiàn)狀，并從目標培養(yǎng)、平臺搭建、課程設置、隊伍建設等方面探索其人才培養(yǎng)路徑。

Research on the Training Path of Entrepreneurship and Innovation Talents in Higher

Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Non-inheritance

Abstract：Innovation and entrepreneurship education is an important part of the education system of higher vocational colleges.As a cultural carrier， non-inheritance can promote the training of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in higher vocational colleges to a certain extent. Based on the feasibility and necessity of the training of entrepreneurship and innovation talents in higher vocational colleges from the perspective of non-inheritance， this paper analyzes the current status of the training of entrepreneurship and innovation talents in colleges and universities， and explores the training path from the aspects of training objectives， platform building， curriculum setting and team building.
