工科類高校一年級(jí)新生學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)機(jī)不足原因分析及解決策略
摘 要 大學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)效果和學(xué)習(xí)效率受學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)機(jī)影響明顯,大學(xué)一年級(jí)是大學(xué)時(shí)代的關(guān)鍵時(shí)期,對(duì)學(xué)生接下來(lái)的大學(xué)生活及畢業(yè)以后的生活影響深遠(yuǎn)。針對(duì)工科類高校大學(xué)一年級(jí)新生的特點(diǎn),結(jié)合我國(guó)高校學(xué)生特點(diǎn),分析學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)力不足的原因,從多個(gè)維度討論教育激勵(lì)的方式,并提出一定的解決策略。

Analyzing Reasons of Lack of Learning Motivation of Freshmen in Engineering University and Its Resolution Strategy//HE Peiyu
Abstract The learning effect and efficiency of university stu-dents are obviously affected by their learning motivation. The first year of university is a critical period in the university era, which has a profound impact on students’ subsequent univer-sity life and life after graduation. Based on the characteristics of engineering sciences and freshmen, this article analyzes the reasons for the lack of learning motivation, guided by the well-known motivational theory, combined with the characte-ristics of Chinese university students. Certain solutions have been proposed to discuss educational incentives from multi-ple dimensions.
