【摘要】目的：分析結(jié)構(gòu)式護理干預(yù)在椎體骨折患者經(jīng)皮椎體成形術(shù)治療中的應(yīng)用價值。方法：選取我院2020年1月—2022年12月的80例椎體骨折患者，隨機將其分成為兩組。對照組采取常規(guī)的經(jīng)皮椎體成形術(shù)護理，觀察組采取結(jié)構(gòu)式護理干預(yù)。結(jié)果：觀察組的肺栓塞、骨水泥外滲和發(fā)熱發(fā)生率更低（P0.05），護理后，兩組的生命力、軀體角色、健康狀況、軀體功能、肌體疼痛、社會功能、心理健康和情感角色評分均明顯升高（P

【Abstract】Objective： To analyze the application value of structured nursing intervention in percutaneous vertebroplasty for patients with vertebral fractures. Methods： 80 patients with osteoporotic vertebral fractures from January 2020 to December 2022 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The control group received routine percutaneous vertebroplasty nursing， while the observation group received structured nursing intervention. Results： The incidence of pulmonary embolism， bone cement extravasation， and fever was lower in the observation group （P0.05）.
