空腹血糖、血脂和糖耐量聯(lián)合檢測對糖尿病生化檢驗的影響

【摘要】目的：探究在糖尿病生化檢驗中聯(lián)合應用空腹血糖、血脂和糖耐量檢測的影響。方法：實驗時間限定于2022年1月—2022年12月，選取我院糖尿病患者40例樣本設置為研究組；選取同期健康者40例，設置為對照組，均行空腹血糖、血脂和糖耐量聯(lián)合檢測，比對組間生化檢驗結(jié)果。結(jié)果：研究組的空腹血糖（8.38±2.18）mmol/L、24h糖耐量（11.41±3.06）、甘油三酯（2.35±0.57）mmol/L、總膽固醇（5.36±1.41）mmol/L、低密度脂蛋白膽固醇水平（3.59±0.27）mmol/L均比對照組更高，高密度脂蛋白膽固醇水平（1.03±0.28）mmol/L相比對照組（2.81±0.34）mmol/L更低（P

【Abstract】Objective： To investigate the effect of combined application of fasting glucose， lipid and glucose tolerance tests in biochemical tests for diabetes. Methods： The experiment time is limited to January 2022 to December 2022， and 40 samples of diabetes patients in our hospital are selected as the study group； Select 40 healthy individuals from the same period and set them as the control group， all of whom underwent joint testing of fasting blood glucose， blood lipids， and glucose tolerance. Compare the biochemical test results between the groups.
