【摘要】目的：分析背帶縫合聯(lián)合欣母沛治療產(chǎn)后出血的臨床效果。方法：選取我院2022年1月—2023年1月的120例產(chǎn)后出血患者，隨機(jī)將其分成為兩組。對(duì)照組采取縮宮素，觀察組采取背帶縫合聯(lián)合欣母沛。結(jié)果：觀察組的產(chǎn)后2 h出血量、止血成功時(shí)間和產(chǎn)后24h出血量明顯更低（P0.05），治療后，兩組以上指標(biāo)均改善（P0.05），治療后，兩組的應(yīng)激反應(yīng)指標(biāo)水平均降低（P

Clinical effect of dorsal suture combined with Hemabate in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage

【Abstract】Objective： To analyze the clinical effect of dorsal suture combined with Hemopax in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage. Methods： 120 patients with postpartum hemorrhage in our hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with oxytocin， and the observation group was treated with dorsal suture combined with Hemabate. Results： The amount of postpartum bleeding at 2 hours， the time to hemostasis success and the amount of bleeding at 24 hours after delivery were significantly lower in the observation group （P0.05）.
