尿沉渣和尿常規(guī)在孕婦尿液檢驗中的應(yīng)用價值分析

【摘要】目的：分析尿沉渣和尿常規(guī)在孕婦尿液檢驗中的應(yīng)用價值。方法：選擇2021年1月—2022年12月我中心采集的280份孕婦尿液樣本，所有樣本均分別接受尿沉渣和尿常規(guī)檢查，以及聯(lián)合方式檢驗，對比單種方式檢驗和聯(lián)合檢驗對于尿蛋白、白細胞和紅細胞及結(jié)晶、管型的陽性檢出率和符合率。結(jié)果：聯(lián)合檢測尿蛋白、紅細胞和白細胞及結(jié)晶和管型的陽性率和符合率均明顯高于單項尿沉渣和尿常規(guī)檢查，且尿沉渣檢陽性率和符合率果明顯高于尿常規(guī)檢測（P

【Abstract】Objective： To analyze the application value of urine sediment and urine routine in urine test of pregnant women. Methods： A total of 280 urine samples from pregnant women collected by our center from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected. All samples were subjected to urine sediment and urine routine test， as well as combined test.
