炔雌醇環(huán)丙孕酮聯(lián)合二甲雙胍對多囊卵巢綜合征患者的療效觀察

【摘要】目的：分析炔雌醇環(huán)丙孕酮聯(lián)合二甲雙胍對多囊卵巢綜合征患者的療效。方法：選取我院2019年12月—2022年12月的75例多囊卵巢綜合征患者，隨機(jī)將其分成兩組。對照組單用炔雌醇環(huán)丙孕酮，觀察組聯(lián)用二甲雙胍。結(jié)果：治療前，兩組的血清LH、泌乳素、E2、FBG、T和 FSH水平無明顯差異（P>0.05），治療后，兩組的血清LH、泌乳素、E2、FBG、T和 FSH水平均明顯改善（P0.05），治療后，兩組的面部痤瘡、煩躁易怒、月經(jīng)不調(diào)和多毛癥狀評分均明顯降低（P

【Abstract】Objective： To analyze the curative effect of ethinyl estradiol cyproterone combined with metformin on patients with polycystic ovary syndrome. Methods： 75 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome in our hospital from December 2019 to December 2022 were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The control group received ethinyl estradiol cyproterone alone， and the observation group received ethinyl estradiol cyproterone combined with metformin. Results： Before treatment， there was no significant difference in serum LH， prolactin， E2， FBG， T and FSH levels between the two groups （P>0.05）. After treatment， the levels of serum LH， prolactin， E2， FBG， T， and FSH in both groups were significantly improved （P0.05）. 多囊卵巢綜合癥是一種非常典型的婦科內(nèi)分泌疾病，患者的疾病特征主要為稀發(fā)排卵甚至無排卵、胰島素抵抗，而且體內(nèi)的雄激素含量會明顯增加，導(dǎo)致患者出現(xiàn)不孕、月經(jīng)紊亂、多毛、閉經(jīng)和肥胖等癥狀，嚴(yán)重不利于女性的身心健康[1]。（剩余4146字）
