骨髓檢驗(yàn)診斷再生障礙性貧血及血小板白細(xì)胞血紅蛋白水平分析

【摘要】目的：骨髓檢驗(yàn)診斷再生障礙性貧血，血小板白細(xì)胞血紅蛋白水平分析。方法：選取在2017年3月—2023年1月期間我院診治的30例再生障礙性貧血患者作為實(shí)驗(yàn)組，再選取同期醫(yī)院接受治療30例非血液病患者作為對照組，對于兩組研究樣本均實(shí)施骨髓檢驗(yàn)，對比骨髓檢驗(yàn)血小板、白細(xì)胞、血紅蛋白水平。結(jié)果：30例再生障礙性貧血患者和30例非血液病患者外周血常規(guī)血小板、白細(xì)胞、血紅蛋白水平對比，實(shí)驗(yàn)組再生障礙性貧血患者血小板、白細(xì)胞、血紅蛋白水平均低于對照組非血液病患者（P

【Abstract】Objective： Bone marrow test for the diagnosis of aplastic anemia and analysis of platelet leukocyte hemoglobin levels. Methods： 30 patients with aplastic anemia treated in our hospital during March 2017 to January 2023 were selected as the experimental group， and then 30 patients with non-hematological diseases treated in the hospital during the same period were selected as the control group， and for both study groups， bone marrow tests were performed to compare the levels of platelets， leukocytes， and hemoglobin in bone marrow tests.
