【摘要】目的：通過(guò)集束化護(hù)理措施預(yù)防血液透析中后期低血壓發(fā)生，從而降低非計(jì)劃下概率，提高血液透析充分性。方法：選擇2021年6月—2021年12月血液透析期間反復(fù)發(fā)生低血壓的維持性血液透析患者55例，對(duì)其實(shí)施集束化護(hù)理措施，比較實(shí)施前后低血壓致非計(jì)劃下概率與患者滿意度。結(jié)果：實(shí)施前低血壓致非計(jì)劃下概率為3.09%，實(shí)施后為1.45%，比較具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P

【Abstract】Objective： To prevent the occurrence of hypotension in the middle and late stages of hemodialysis through cluster nursing measures， thereby reducing the probability of unplanned events and improving the adequacy of hemodialysis.
