【摘要】目的：分析責(zé)任制助產(chǎn)護(hù)理結(jié)合體位管理在初產(chǎn)婦分娩中的運(yùn)用效果及對(duì)分娩結(jié)局的影響。方法：取2022年1月—2023年1月在我院進(jìn)行生產(chǎn)的初產(chǎn)婦100例，隨機(jī)分為兩組各50例。對(duì)照組采用常規(guī)助產(chǎn)護(hù)理，觀察組采用責(zé)任制助產(chǎn)護(hù)理結(jié)合體位管理護(hù)理，以比較助產(chǎn)效果。結(jié)果：與對(duì)照組相比，觀察組初產(chǎn)婦的護(hù)理滿意度更高，分娩結(jié)局較好，產(chǎn)程用時(shí)較短，經(jīng)護(hù)理后，產(chǎn)婦的疼痛情況和心理狀況較好（P

【Abstract】Objective： To analyze the application effect of responsible midwifery nursing combined with posture management in primiparous delivery and its impact on delivery outcomes. Methods： 100 primiparous women who gave birth in our hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group based on the admission number， with 50 cases in each group. The control group received routine midwifery care， while the observation group received responsibility based midwifery care combined with posture management care to compare the effectiveness of midwifery. Results： Compared with the control group， the observation group showed higher satisfaction with nursing care for primiparous women， better delivery outcomes， shorter delivery time， and better pain and psychological well-being after nursing care（P
