【摘要】目的：探究葡萄糖酸鋅治療兒童營(yíng)養(yǎng)不良的效果。方法：篩選營(yíng)養(yǎng)不良患兒136例，時(shí)間范圍2022年2月—2023年2月，隨機(jī)將其分為對(duì)照組（復(fù)方賴(lài)氨酸顆粒治療）和觀察組（葡萄糖酸鋅+復(fù)方賴(lài)氨酸顆粒治療），各68例，對(duì)比兩組治療效果。結(jié)果：觀察組治療有效率更高，治療后觀察組患兒身高、體質(zhì)量均高于對(duì)照組，治療后觀察組Hb、TP水平高于對(duì)照組，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P

【Abstract】Objective： To explore the effect of zinc gluconate on malnutrition in children. Methods： 136 children with malnutrition were screened from February 2022 to February 2023， and randomly divided into control group （treated with compound lysine granules） and observation group （treated with zinc gluconate and compound lysine granules）， with 68 cases in each group， and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results： The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher. After treatment， the height and weight of children in the observation group were higher than those in the control group.
