新質(zhì)生產(chǎn)力如何賦能籃球人才發(fā)展

摘要：新質(zhì)生產(chǎn)力作為創(chuàng)新起主導(dǎo)作用、具有高科技、高效能、高質(zhì)量特征的先進生產(chǎn)力質(zhì)態(tài)，是促進籃球人才發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵驅(qū)動力。因此，基于文獻研究以及邏輯分析等方法，旨在通過深入探討新質(zhì)生產(chǎn)力對促進籃球人才發(fā)展的現(xiàn)實邏輯。從而提出新質(zhì)生產(chǎn)力賦能籃球人才發(fā)展的具體路徑：以科技為引領(lǐng)，建立智能化訓(xùn)練體系；堅持模式創(chuàng)新，探索多元化培養(yǎng)模式；深化產(chǎn)業(yè)聯(lián)動，構(gòu)建籃球人才發(fā)展生態(tài)；完善政策引導(dǎo)，優(yōu)化籃球人才發(fā)展環(huán)境等

How Does the New Quality Productivity Enable the Development of Basketball Talents

Abstract：New quality productivity as the leading role of innovation， advanced productivity with high-tech， high efficiency， high quality characteristics， is the key driving force to promote the development of basketball talents. Therefore， based on the methods of literature research and logical analysis， this paper aims to deeply explore the realistic logic of new quality productivity to promote the development of basketball talents. Thus， the concrete path of basketball talent development enabled by new quality productivity is put forward： to establish intelligent training system guided by science and technology; Adhere to model innovation， explore diversified training mode; Deepen the industrial linkage and build the development ecology of basketball talents; Improve policy guidance and optimize the environment for the development of basketball talents.
