呼吸科住院醫(yī)師培訓(xùn)基地師資隊伍能力建設(shè)

摘要:目的 通過量化分析和集中培訓(xùn),促進呼吸科住院醫(yī)師規(guī)范化培訓(xùn)基地師資教學能力的改進和提高。方法 調(diào)查香港大學深圳醫(yī)院呼吸科帶教師資能力現(xiàn)狀,設(shè)計結(jié)構(gòu)化培訓(xùn)課程進行系統(tǒng)化培訓(xùn)與考評,記錄培訓(xùn)過程,分析考評結(jié)果,制訂改進措施。結(jié)果 根據(jù)現(xiàn)有師資情況,設(shè)計師資培訓(xùn)課程和能力考評程序。分析顯示,師資綜合帶教能力評分最低(66. 6±3. 8)分,最高(86. 8±3. 5)分,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P

Construction of Teachers’ Capacity in Respiratory Resident Training Base

Abstract:Objective To promote the improvement and enhancement of the teaching capacity of the standard? ized training base for respiratory residents through quantitative analysis and centralized training. Methods The current status of teachers’ capacity of the respiratory department at the University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen Hospital was investigated, structured training courses were designed to conduct systematic training and evalu? ation, the training process was recorded, the evaluation results were analyzed, and improvement measures were formulated. Results Based on the current situation of teachers, teachers’ training courses and procedures of capacity evaluation were designed.
