回火溫度對(duì)滾子鏈等溫鏈板性能的影響

摘要分析了材質(zhì)為50CrVA 的鏈板在相同等溫淬火工藝以及相同的回火保溫時(shí)間下,不同的回火溫度導(dǎo)致的材料微觀組織和力學(xué)性能的差異,并對(duì)不同回火溫度下的鏈板和未做回火處理的鏈板的拉力和疲勞性能進(jìn)行了研究。

Abstract The differences of microstructure and mechanical properties of 50CrVA chain plate caused by different tempering temperatures under the same isothermal quenching process and the same tempering holding time are analyzed,and the tensile and fatigue properties of chain plate under different tempering temperatures and chain plate without tempering are studied.
