基于參數(shù)敏感性的柔輪響應(yīng)面優(yōu)化

摘要通過合理地選擇柔輪結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù),可以改善柔輪的應(yīng)力集中現(xiàn)象,提升柔輪的疲勞壽命?;趨?shù)敏感性分析,篩選出影響柔輪應(yīng)力的關(guān)鍵參數(shù);以柔輪空載和負(fù)載過程中齒圈部位的最大等效應(yīng)力最小以及諧波減速器整機(jī)的體積最小為優(yōu)化目標(biāo),完成了柔輪參數(shù)響應(yīng)面優(yōu)化。通過疲勞計(jì)算發(fā)現(xiàn),優(yōu)化后的柔輪疲勞壽命有一定的提升。

Response Surface Optimization of Flexspline based on Parameter Sensitivity

Abstract The stress concentration effect can be reduced and the fatigue life of flexspline can be im-proved by reasonably selecting the structural parameters of flexspline. Based on the sensitivity analysis of param-eters,the key parameters affecting the stress of the flexspline are screened out. The optimization objectives are to minimize the maximum equivalent stress of the gear ring and the volume of the harmonic reducer in the pro-cesses of no load as well as loading,the response surface optimization of flexspline parameters is completed . Through fatigue calculation,it is found that the life of the optimized flexspline is improved to a certain extent .
