麥類殼多胞斑點(diǎn)病菌的快速檢測(cè)方法研究

摘要 利用麥類殼多胞斑點(diǎn)病菌β-tubulin一段保守基因序列,設(shè)計(jì)特異性引物進(jìn)行麥類殼多胞斑點(diǎn)病菌的檢測(cè),并進(jìn)行特異性與靈敏度驗(yàn)證。結(jié)果顯示,該方法特異性強(qiáng),靈敏度可達(dá)5 pg/μL,適合于麥類殼多胞斑點(diǎn)病菌的快速檢測(cè)。

Abstract This study utilized partly conserved gene sequence of β-tubulin in Parastagonospora pseudonodorum,designed specific primers for the detection of Parastagonospora pseudonodorum,with specificity and sensitivity verified.The results showed that this method had strong specificity and a sensitivity of up to 5 pg/μL and suitable for rapid detection of Parastagonospora pseudonodorum.
