褪黑素在植物抵御逆境脅迫過程中的作用

摘要 研究外源物質(zhì)在植物抗逆生理方面的作用,對農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)具有重要的意義。褪黑素作為一種新的生長調(diào)節(jié)物質(zhì),在植物抵御逆境脅迫過程中發(fā)揮重要作用。綜述了近年來褪黑素在植物抗旱性、抗鹽堿性、抗冷性、抗重金屬中的最新研究,對未來研究熱點進(jìn)行展望,以期為今后相關(guān)研究提供信息參考。

Physiological Functions of Melatonin in Plant Defense Against Adversity Stress

Abstract Studying the role of exogenous substances in plant stress resistance physiology is of great significance for agricultural production. Melatonin, as a newstyle plant growth regulator, has played an important role in plant defense against adversity stress.The article reviews the latest research on melatonin in plant drought resistance, salt alkali resistance, cold resistance, and heavy metal resistance in recent years, and looks forward to future research hotspots, in order to provide information reference for related research in the future.

生長在自然界中的植物,經(jīng)常會受到物理、輻射性、化學(xué)、溫度及水分等非生物脅迫和病蟲害及雜草等生物脅迫的影響,逆境條件下,植物體內(nèi)活性氧生成量增加,而清除能力降低,使細(xì)胞內(nèi)活性氧累積且超過傷害閾值,引起膜脂過氧化加劇及葉綠素和核酸等生物功能分子破壞,導(dǎo)致細(xì)胞膜結(jié)構(gòu)完整性破壞,選擇透性喪失,電解質(zhì)及某些小分子有機物大量滲漏,細(xì)胞質(zhì)的交換平衡被破壞,引起一系列生理生化代謝紊亂,短時間脅迫解除后,植物可繼續(xù)生長,長時間脅迫可引起植物死亡。(剩余8158字)
