摘 要:加強(qiáng)食品微生物檢測是保障食品安全的重要舉措。本文通過對食品微生物檢測項目及檢測技術(shù)的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行介紹,詳細(xì)概述了常見的食品微生物檢測技術(shù)原理以及應(yīng)用研究情況,以期為食品微生物檢測技術(shù)持續(xù)發(fā)展提供借鑒。

The Application Research Progress of Food Microbiological Testing Technology

Abstract: Strengthening food microbial testing is an important measure to ensure food safety. This paper introduces the current situation of food microbial testing items and detection technologies, and summarizes the principles and application research of common food microbial detection technologies in detail, in order to provide reference for the sustainable development of food microbial detection technology.
