摘 要:生物傳感器技術(shù)具有靈敏度高、檢測速度快和操作簡便等特點,可應(yīng)用于食品安全檢測領(lǐng)域。本文介紹了生物傳感器技術(shù)的基本原理及其在微生物污染、農(nóng)藥殘留、重金屬離子和過敏原檢測等方面的具體應(yīng)用,并分析了該技術(shù)的優(yōu)勢和局限性,以期為擴大生物傳感器技術(shù)在食品安全檢測中的應(yīng)用范圍提供參考。

Application Study of Biosensor Technology in Food Safety Detection

Abstract: Biosensor technology has the characteristics of high sensitivity, rapid detection and easy operation, and can be applied in the field of food safety detection. This paper introduces the basic principle of biosensor technology and its application in the detection of microbial contamination, pesticide residues, heavy metal ions and allergens, and discusses the advantages and limitations of the current technology, in order to provide reference for expanding the application scope of biosensor technology in food safety detection.
