摘 要:隨著食品安全問題的日益突出,社會各界對食品追溯和安全管理的需求日益增強(qiáng)。射頻識別技術(shù)是一種非接觸式自動(dòng)識別技術(shù),因其具有數(shù)據(jù)保存量大、識別速度快、標(biāo)簽?zāi)陀?、?zhǔn)確性高等優(yōu)點(diǎn)而廣泛應(yīng)用于食品安全監(jiān)管。本文旨在探討射頻識別技術(shù)在食品安全領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀、優(yōu)勢、案例、挑戰(zhàn)及未來發(fā)展趨勢。

Research on the Application of Radio Frequency Identification Technology in the Field of Food Safety

Abstract: With the increasingly prominent food safety issues, the demand for food traceability and safety management from all sectors of society is increasing. Radio frequency identification technology is a non-contact automatic identification technology widely used in food safety supervision due to its advantages of large data storage capacity, fast identification, durable labels, and high accuracy. This article aims to explore the current application status, advantages, cases, challenges, and future development trends of radio frequency identification technology in the field of food safety.
