蠶豆蛋白的分離提取方法
摘 要:蠶豆富含蛋白質(zhì)、淀粉和脂肪等多種營養(yǎng)成分,營養(yǎng)價值豐富,是我國重要的植物資源。本文結(jié)合國內(nèi)外相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的研究文獻,闡述蠶豆蛋白的分離提取方法,旨在為提高蠶豆蛋白提取率及蠶豆深加工水平提供一定的理論支持。

Method for Separation and Extraction of Broad Bean Protein

Abstract: Broad bean is rich in protein, starch, fat and other nutrients, and is an important plant resource in China. In this paper, the separation and extraction methods of broad bean protein were discussed based on the relevant literatures at home and abroad, aiming at providing theoretical support for improving the extraction rate of broad bean protein and deep processing level of broad bean.
