多糖提取工藝優(yōu)化在食品安全性提升中的作用研究
摘 要:隨著食品工業(yè)的快速發(fā)展,多糖在食品中的應(yīng)用越來(lái)越廣泛。多糖的提取工藝優(yōu)化對(duì)于提高食品質(zhì)量安全具有重要意義。本文闡述了多糖提取工藝的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,分析了多糖提取工藝優(yōu)化在食品安全性提升中的作用,并提出進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化提取工藝的措施,以期為多糖提取工藝的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新和可持續(xù)發(fā)展提供一些借鑒和參考。

Research on the Role of Polysaccharide Extraction Process Optimization in Improving Food Safety

Abstract: With the rapid development of food industry, the application of polysaccharide in food is more and more widely. Optimization of the extraction process of polysaccharides is of great significance for improving food quality and safety. This article elaborates on the current development status of polysaccharide extraction technology, analyzed the role of polysaccharide extraction process optimization in improving food safety and proposed further measures to optimize the extraction process, in order to provide some reference and guidance for the technological innovation and sustainable development of polysaccharide extraction processes.
