關于推進黔東南州地方特色預制菜產業(yè)發(fā)展路徑的研究
摘 要:本文結合黔東南州預制菜產業(yè)發(fā)展實際,分析黔東南州預制菜產業(yè)發(fā)展中存在的問題,并針對發(fā)現(xiàn)的問題提出強化頂層設計、強化招商引資、強化宣傳營銷、強化人才培養(yǎng)以及加大政策扶持等推進黔東南特色預制菜產業(yè)發(fā)展的對策建議。

Abstract: Based on the actual development of the prepared vegetable industry in Qiandongnan prefecture, this paper analyzes the existing problems in the development of the prepared vegetable industry in Qiandongnan prefecture, and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the top-level design, strengthen investment promotion, strengthen publicity and marketing, strengthen talent training, and increase policy support to promote the development of the prepared vegetable industry in Qiandongnan prefecture.

預制菜產業(yè)是農村一二三產業(yè)融合發(fā)展的新模式,是推進“菜籃子”工程提質增效的新業(yè)態(tài),是農民“接二連三”增收致富的新渠道,對大力踐行大食物觀,促進創(chuàng)業(yè)就業(yè)、消費升級和鄉(xiāng)村產業(yè)振興具有積極意義[1]。(剩余5765字)
