摘 要:食用菌多糖是食用菌中主要的有效成分,通常采用水提醇沉法、高溫蒸汽提取法、超聲波輔助提取法等多種方法來進(jìn)行提取。本文主要對食用菌多糖的提取方法以及應(yīng)用研究進(jìn)展進(jìn)行全面綜述,以期為食用菌多糖的提取以及應(yīng)用提供參考。

Research Progress on Extraction and Application of Polysaccharide From Edible Fungi

Abstract: Edible fungus polysaccharide is the main active ingredient in edible fungi. It is usually extracted by water extraction and alcohol precipitation method, high temperature steam extraction method, ultrasonic assisted extraction method and other methods. In this paper, the extraction methods and application research progress of edible fungi polysaccharides were reviewed in order to provide reference for the extraction and application of edible fungi polysaccharides.
