摘 要:安全問題是制約預(yù)制食品發(fā)展的主要因素之一,預(yù)制食品生產(chǎn)過程的安全控制是保證預(yù)制食品安全的第一道防線。本文主要探究預(yù)制食品生產(chǎn)過程各環(huán)節(jié)的安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)與控制措施,預(yù)防生產(chǎn)過程的安全問題,以期為預(yù)制食品安全控制與研究提供理論指導(dǎo)。

Safety Risks and Control Measures in the Production Process of Prefabricated Food

Abstract: Safety problem is one of the main factors restricting the development of prefabricated food. The safety control of prefabricated food production process is the first line of defense to ensure the safety of prefabricated food. This paper mainly explores the safety risks and control measures of each link in the production process of prefabricated food, and prevents the safety problems in the production process, in order to provide theoretical guidance for the safety control and research of prefabricated food.
