摘 要:本文從理論分析的角度,介紹了微生物檢測技術(shù)的意義,明確了微生物檢測技術(shù)的基礎(chǔ)指標(biāo)及特征。同時(shí),梳理了微生物檢測技術(shù)的方法類型及應(yīng)用流程,以及微生物檢測技術(shù)在食品安全檢測中的應(yīng)用,以期為人們的食品安全提供技術(shù)保障。

Application Analysis of Biological Detection Technology in Food Inspection

Abstract: This article introduces the significance of microbial detection technology from the perspective of theoretical analysis, and clarifies the basic indicators and characteristics of microbial detection technology. At the same time, the types of methods and application processes of microbial detection technology were summarized, as well as the application of microbial detection technology in food safety testing, in order to provide technical support for people’s food safety.
