以安全為主線的普車實(shí)訓(xùn)教學(xué)管理

摘 要：普車實(shí)訓(xùn)既是對(duì)已學(xué)理論課程的實(shí)踐鞏固，也為數(shù)控實(shí)訓(xùn)及后續(xù)課程打基礎(chǔ)。普車實(shí)訓(xùn)具有一定的危險(xiǎn)性，必須加強(qiáng)安全教育與管理。在實(shí)訓(xùn)中以“8S管理”標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對(duì)學(xué)生進(jìn)行工廠化管理，將安全教育管理主線貫穿整個(gè)實(shí)訓(xùn)過程，注重對(duì)學(xué)生品質(zhì)和意識(shí)的培養(yǎng)，努力培養(yǎng)出是有較高綜合素質(zhì)的專業(yè)技能型人才。

General Vehicle Practical Training Teaching Management with Safety as the Main Line

Abstract：The general car training is not only a practical consolidation of the theoretical courses that have been learned， but also a foundation for the numerical control training and subsequent courses. General vehicle training has certain dangers， and safety education and management must be strengthened. In the training， the “8S management” standard is used to manage the students in a factory， and the main line of safety education management runs through the entire training process， and the cultivation of students' quality and awareness are paid attention to so as to cultivate talents with professional skills and high comprehensive quality.
