某車型尾燈與側(cè)圍外板間隙面差匹配問題的優(yōu)化

摘 要:尾燈與側(cè)圍外板間隙面差匹配狀態(tài),影響消費(fèi)者對整車外觀的直接感知,本文通過優(yōu)化尾燈、D柱焊合件、焊接工裝,解決尾燈與側(cè)圍外板間隙面差匹配問題,在此基礎(chǔ)上提出對關(guān)鍵零件關(guān)鍵安裝配合區(qū)域增加功能尺寸控制要求,供后續(xù)項目參考。

Abstract:The matching state of the clearance between the taillights and the side wall outer panel affects consumers' direct perception of the appearance of the whole vehicle. This article solves the problem of matching the clearance between the taillights and the side wall outer panel by optimizing the taillights, D-pillar welding parts, and welding tooling. On this basis, the article proposed to increase the functional size control requirements for the key installation and coordination areas of key parts for reference in subsequent projects.
